Any return, exchange or refund applies from 5 calendar days after the package has been received.

I received my order and it arrived in poor condition:
On some occasions, parcel stores may mistreat packages, a factor that is not in our hands, however, we are committed to ensuring that you have a pleasant experience and we will provide a solution.
What do I do if one of my products arrives damaged and you want an exchange or a refund?
Send an email tosales@dulcesdtalles.com with the following data:
- Order number
- Brief explanation of what happened.
- 3 legible photographs of the condition in which you received it.
- Date you received it.
- Solution: I want them to send it to me again / I want a refund.
- We will send you the product again at no cost or we will apply a refund depending on what you choose!
